Meet Lacey-May…

Lacey-May is 6 years old and has Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy.  She is such a happy little girl, a real testament to the love and support from her amazing mum and dad and big sister and brother.  The Children’s Fund have helped her in the past with a special trike and horse riding lessons, both of which benefited her enormously.  This year we are delighted to have been able to help with a significant milestone for Lacey-May.   In March she underwent a six hour corrective nerve surgery operation which then requires two years of physiotherapy and hydrotherapy.   Unfortunately this treatment is not funded by the NHS in full (they can only fund 25% of the post-operative therapies) so we are funding the rest for her.    This short video shows the remarkable results from the operation in just a couple of weeks.  What a brave, remarkable little girl.
